Please be advised that pursuant to section 5.5 of the Town of Cobourg Procedural By-law a Special Meeting has been called of Cobourg Municipal Council scheduled to begin at 4:00 p.m. This Special Council Meeting will be held using a hybrid meeting model. Members of Council and Municipal Staff will have the choice to participate in-person in Council Chambers or to participate via Electronic Participation.     WHEREAS Council considered Cobourg Downtown Business Improvement Area Board (DBIA) appointments during Closed Session at the Regular Council Meeting on September 25, 2024.

    NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council appoint the following Members to the DBIA Board of Management.

    1. Amanda Vangoor-Murkar,
    2. Jennifer Bogart and
    3. Theresa Rickerby
