Chair, Deputy Mayor Seguin, Coordinator of General Government Services, called meeting to order at 5:00 P.M

Chair, Deputy Mayor Seguin, explained the general purpose of the meeting which is to receive suggestions and budget submissions from Cobourg Citizens that will help inform the Town of Cobourg Council of their priorities for programs and services for the upcoming budget year in advance of the 2021 Budget deliberations. 

There was no conflict of pecuniary interest declared my members.

Brent Larmer, Municipal Clerk / Manager Legislative Services spoke to the submissions received from the members of the public, public engagement and the procedure for grant funding applications.

Members of Council of engaged in a discussion regarding the intake community grant applications and raised questions regarding the communication to the public. B. Larmer responded to questions from Council.

There were two written submissions received from members of the public.

  • Terry Marrocco - Attachment 'B'

No oral submissions were received from the public.
