9.1

Cobourg’s Climate Action Plan

Objective: To provide comment on Cobourg’s Climate Action Plan as prepared by Judy Smith, and to discuss how the SCCAC can assist with setting of GHG reduction targets, and with having the actions implemented expeditiously. (Cobourg’s Climate Action Plan attached for review)

9.2

Presentation to Two Advisory Committees

Objective:

• To review and approve the minor changes to the Planning and Development Advisory Committee, and to inform on the date when the presentations will be made to the respective committees (presentations to the two committees attached) Note: no changes were made to Parks and Rec Advisory Committee presentation.
• Identify the next committee(s) for which to prepare presentations, and identify the SCCAC Committee members to prepare the draft presentation(s) for review at the Feb 3, 2021 SCCAC meeting. Possible committees: Accessibility, Heritage, and Transportation. (Outline for preparing presentation to Committee attached)

9.3

Revisions to the SCCAC Terms of Reference (TOR)

Objective: To agree on deletions, additions, and wording changes to the draft resolution to Council containing the input from various SCCAC members as to the revision they recommend be made to the SCCAC TOR (Draft Resolution Attached)

9.4

Annual Report and Work Plan

Objective: to receive information on when the SCCAC should prepare this for submission to Council, and agree on steps the SCCAC will take to do so (previous Annual Report and Work Plan attached).
