Building A
- The site plan is creating a new build and they are proposing of development.
- They are proposing two barrier-free parking spaces, up to code in terms of the size.
- The only suggestion that Planning is already making is the need the standing sign for the parking space for the one spot. They have added it in one, but not the other.
- According to the zoning by-law, they meet the requirement of the parking spaces.
Building B
- There is another new build with two more barrier-free spaces.
- One on the East side and one near the Front doors.
- They meet the zoning by-law requirements as well.
